We Will Be Back Stronger
—— Too Hot 团队
Dear valued guests,
Thank you for your continued support and kindness — it truly means so much to us.
Due to a sudden burst water pipe upstairs, our restaurant has experienced serious damage to the ceiling, as well as water damage to our wooden seating, walls, and flooring. It’s a difficult moment for us, but we are doing everything we can to rebuild with care.
In the meantime, you can still enjoy all Too Hot dishes at Noah’s Kitchen.
Thank you for your understanding and for being with us. We’ll be back, stronger and better.
— The Too Hot Team

We position our restaurant at the crossroads of tradition and innovation, bringing the soulful flavors of Southwest China into a contemporary American dining experience. Rooted in the rich culinary heritage of Sichuan, Yunnan, and Guizhou, we highlight fermentation as our foundation—honoring ancient techniques while embracing modern creativity. By pairing locally sourced ingredients with refined Western cooking methods, we create bold, expressive dishes that are both authentic and forward-looking. Our mission is simple: to offer diners a vibrant, elevated taste of Southwest China, reimagined for today.
Kindly Note:
For dinner service on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, we are pleased to accept reservations for parties of four or more. We also reserve seating specifically for smaller parties, which is available on a walk-in, first-come, first-served basis.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.
